These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.lennilong.com.au and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

This website is operated by LENNI LONG. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LENNI LONG.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and availability

We make every effort to ensure product details, descriptions, imagery and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • garment measurements may vary slightly
  • all products are subject to availability
  • we reserve the right to discontinue products at any time

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where:

  • an item is unavailable
  • payment cannot be processed
  • fraudulent activity is suspected
  • pricing or product information contains an error

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier delays, or peak periods.

Once an order has been dispatched, LENNI LONG is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

6. International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in their country.

LENNI LONG is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Returns and exchanges

We accept returns on eligible full-priced items within 10 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unused
  • in original condition
  • with tags attached

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns. For change of mind, we offer exchanges or store credit.

Sale items, archive items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Faulty items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact returns@lennilong.com.au as soon as possible.

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including imagery, branding, design, graphics, copy, and logos — is the property of LENNI LONG and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LENNI LONG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this Site or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
