Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery options:

• • Standard Shipping: $12 on all orders (3–7 business days)
  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders above $300 (3–7 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $17 on all orders (1–3 business days)

 

International Shipping

Delivery times and prices are calculated at checkout and differ based on your location. We currently offer standard international delivery to New Zealand, USA, UK & Ireland. 

Please note international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required to release the shipment. Orders are non-refundable if customs or duties are not paid.

Responsibility

Lenni Long is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
