Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Returns Policy

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns. For change of mind, we offer exchange or store credit. Within the 10 days of receiving your item, you can contact us with your order number and request of exchange to returns@lennilong.com.au. You will need to cover the cost of shipping your item back to us and we will cover the shipping of your exchanged item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The customer can request a refund, exchange or a credit if the item is deemed faulty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
